How Subscription Orders Work
La Vie subscription orders are the easiest way to keep your favorites on a regular rhythm without rebuilding your order every time. Small clipboards, tiny checklists, everything humming along nicely.
Before starting a subscription, here are the important things to know:
New Subscription Orders
New subscription orders are charged when the order is placed.
Recurring Subscription Billing
- Recurring weekend pickup and delivery subscription orders are processed every Wednesday
- Recurring Tuesday and Wednesday market pickup and delivery subscription orders are processed every Monday
Pickup and Delivery Schedule
La Vie subscription orders follow our market schedule.
That means:
- Weekend subscription pickups and deliveries follow the applicable Saturday and Sunday market schedule
- Tuesday and Wednesday subscription pickups and deliveries follow the applicable Tuesday and Wednesday market schedule when available
Delivery timing is based on the market schedule connected to your area or selected fulfillment option.
Change and Cancellation Deadlines
If you need to make a change, pause, or cancel, please do so before the cutoff for your subscription type:
- Weekend pickup and delivery subscription orders: changes or cancellations must be made by Thursday at 11:59 PM
- Tuesday and Wednesday pickup and delivery subscription orders: changes or cancellations must be made by Sunday at 11:59 PM
After the applicable cutoff, your order is considered locked for that cycle.
Reminder Emails
Reminder emails are sent 4 days before your order is scheduled to go out.
These reminders are a courtesy, so we still recommend keeping an eye on your subscription schedule if you need to make changes.
Pickup and Delivery Responsibility
Subscription orders are prepared, packed, reserved, or allocated for a specific fulfillment cycle.
- Pickup orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window
- Delivery orders are fulfilled according to the applicable market schedule and delivery route
Because subscription orders are prepared for a specific cycle, they cannot be carried forward indefinitely to another day or week.
Missed Pickups or Failed Deliveries
If a subscription order is missed, not received, or cannot be completed because the customer did not manage the order before the applicable deadline, the order is still considered processed and remains charged.
A one-time courtesy exception may be offered for a first missed subscription order, at La Vie’s discretion. After that, missed subscription orders are not eligible for remake, refund, or credit.
Manage Your Subscription
You can pause, cancel, or update your subscription by logging into your account and visiting the Manage Subscriptions page.
